Connecting within we can connect to the essence of anything and work with it.  This is amazing.  When we are outword focused we feel the solutions we seek are going to be found outside ourselves...  internet, others, books.... But if you had none of these you could just as easily find thew solution through your intuition and following the inspired action you receive.  YUMMMY!!!

#253 Listening To The Body!!

There is much happening all around!  I am excited at the experience not so excited at the idea of things pending... the what if's. That is why it is so important to stay present in the now!  I had the most amazing experience last night!  It was the middle of the night and I was lucid but dreaming and the dream was just odd and goofy.  Then it just ended and there was nothing.  Just ME.  No thought.  Just emptiness and I was so aware of it.  Felt wonderful.  I think I glimpsed our home on the other side of humanness.  I'm going to explore this further!  So much fun.
