A Grim End

The Tinkerer is the main boss of chapter 4, which is biased off of Noelle's house (Festive/Christmas stuff). The Tinkerer is the owner of a factory that makes toys and when the lighteners appeared, he thought of them as protentional buyers of said toys. But when he hears that they want to seal the fountain, he turns against them.

Might edit his description later, it's kinda still a rough draft.

When Oliver comes across a stressed-out, exhausted Toriel who's had to deal with more than a handful of human kids swarming around, something of a dream-turned-nightmare for Toriel, it's clear she isn't thinking straight. She initiates battle as a result of a mental spiral she "speedruns", almost as if going through the five stages of grief in reverse in 5 seconds.

Oliver's task is to talk Toriel through this mental breakdown, to get her to calm down long enough and to get her grounded long enough for her to process things healthily again.
