Dr. Space born in Brescia in 1978. He has had a strong passion for music and for clubs since he was young, which has driven him in the nightlife and its clubs, with the wish to join it as a protagonist. In 2001 a trip to Ibiza changed his life and opened his music to new sounds.
In 2005 he became resident dj at Circus Beat Club, the most successful club in Brescia. A goal that meant a period of popularity and high visibility for the artist. Not only Circus, but Dr. Space also signed the night of Costez, Molo, Cilindro, Fura, Dehor, and Number.
 But new horizons were waiting for him: he performed at Cafè del Mar and Hotel Es Vive(Ibiza), Samsara (Gallipoli), Old Fashion (Milano), The Club (Milano), Club 11 (Milano), Sali e tabacchi (Reggio Emilia), M-Club (Porto Rotondo), Tennis Club (Terni), Des Alpes e Zangola (Madonna di Campiglio), Le Plaisir (Sirmione) at the White Trash 2008 and at Alter Ego Club on New Year's Eve 2013 and 2014. 
In 2005 he also began his adventure as a producer, he decided to work mainly with Samuele Sartini and Gianluca Motta, but also with VINAI, Stefano Pain and NRD1 . He has already remixed Jay Lumen, Get-Far and Sergio Mauri With Mr. V, Nicola Fasano, Sagi Rei and he has been supported by David Guetta, Tocadisco, Laidback Luke, Stefano Pain and many other Italian djs.

The Mexican maestro has graced the likes of All Day I Dream, Sudbeat, TRYBESof, Tale & Tone and Kindisch, showcasing a knack for global grooves, percussive rhythms, and rich melodies. He’s a unique talent within dance music - a multi instrumentalist, composer, and educator. McGregor’s true musicianship brings distinct quality to his productions, as we witnessed via his ‘I Fall EP’ which debuted on TOR last year. Continuing explorations into original organic territories, McGregor floats even higher with the Tal Vez Soñar.

The A-side opens with rotating rhythms and deep ambiance, shifting effortlessly through melodic moods. The groove is ever-present through the opening frames, ensuring listeners are entrenched in the foundation of dance before Tal Vez Soñar’s signature vocal performance arrives. Elongated chords & strings enchant the senses throughout this enigmatic and effervescent effort from Eduardo.

Nothing In The Dark harnesses psychedelic tones and swirling soundscapes, playing with the mind while providing crisp kicks to please the senses. Haunting & rich synthetics ebb & flow, as a break in groove offer devious dancefloor moments. An ominously opulent production from Eduardo, and one sure to find the bag of global selectors.

‘Ultraviolet’ is the third single from OLAN's debut album ‘Contra’, which is out June 10 on Anjunadeep.

A collaboration with Canadian producer Zeal, ‘Ultraviolet’ is a fast-paced, high-octane track infused with sounds of drum & bass, liquid, and future bass - a true depiction of OLAN’s versatile taste and production skill. On the inspiration behind the track, OLAN explains:

"Much like first single, ‘Ultraviolet’ is a song that directly comes from an Outer Wilds reference. In the game, you find an ancient writing from a character named Solanum that begins to think the creator of the universe (the Eye) has no specific attachment to its creation, and that the signal calling out to them having no meaning wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing…Applying this to my own sense of spirituality suddenly made things a lot easier to manage emotionally. I can’t control what happens to me all the time, but learning when it’s truly necessary to attach meaning and purpose seems to be helpful at the moment."

The new single follows ‘Wake And Return’ and ‘Promise To Keep', and precedes OLAN's highly-anticipated debut album. The culmination of many months in solitude, ‘Contra’ began as a natural form of escape and expression for OLAN, helping her find peace amidst the years of uncertainty brought on by the pandemic:

“‘Contra’ is an album I wrote as a way to find some peace with my life having no definitive purpose at the time. I often try to attach meaning to everything I encounter. I force myself to re-live memories. I’ll try to unpack them and see how I could change my reality if I had just been a better person.”

Previously the Georgia state native has had a colourful songwriting catalogue, including co-writing credits for ‘Buss It’ for Ari Lennox, collaborations with Mat Zo on his 2020 album ‘Illusion of Depth’, the single release of ‘In Motion’ with rising star Nourey, and ‘Push’, first released on Anjunadeep’s Reflections series. Now, OLAN emerges from the uncertainty of the pandemic with her debut album.

Musically, ‘Contra’ is inculcated with a variety of electronic styles from melodic house, breakbeat, downtempo and drum & bass, to ambient and hip-hop. Influenced by the likes of Maribou State, Little Dragon, T.E.E.D and Bonobo, as well as the cult video game ‘Outer Wilds’, the sound of ‘Contra’ is fluid and alluringly hard to pin down. OLAN’s penchant for textural soundscapes is showcased in atmospheric tracks such as ‘Push’ and ‘Submerge’ and the buoyant Balearic vibes of ‘Material’. Conversely, the jungle rhythms and acid basslines on ‘Promise To Keep’ and ‘Reckoning’ demonstrate how raw, energetic dance-inducing songwriting comes naturally to the Atlanta-based producer.

“Making this album was the first time I could be present the grief, loneliness, or isolation I felt when my expectations didn’t match my surroundings. It made me realize how much happier I am when I detach from stories or specific outcomes.”

As a queer woman of colour OLAN is used to standing out. However it is her capacity for all-encompassing production, dynamic songwriting, singing, and instrumentation that really sets her apart from her contemporaries.

Fridays are for Filthy Friday, a request show where I play tunes sent to me by producers. I play all sorts of music, including new releases.

Sundays are all about Sunday Confessions, where I play Deep House, Melodic House, and Progressive House.

I do occasionally change the theme of my sets to keep things fresh.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to all the DJs and producers who upload their music on Soundcloud for free downloads. Many people overlook Soundcloud as a platform for discovering up-and-coming talented DJs who dedicate their time to create edits for people to enjoy. This page is not only a platform for sharing music but also a space that supports and promotes talents, giving them the love and recognition they deserve. Music has always been a means of expression and communication, and it should always remain that way. Every true music lover starts their journey on Soundcloud, and even though there are numerous platforms to download music these days, sharing and reposting music for free keeps the spirit of music alive, in my opinion. Music is truly understood when you feel it. I spent the late 80’s and early 90s dancing all over Europe, experiencing the vibrant acid house, techno clubs, house, and trance scenes. From the iconic Love Parade in Berlin to the early raves in the UK, I have traveled extensively and have had the privilege of meeting many legends throughout the years. My passion for life has been earned, and only those with a rich soul and kindness are welcome to join me on this journey.

Some people simply listen to music, but for me, it is a deep love. Music is life in my world, and there is no better place to experience it than on a dance floor without a care in the world. Those who understand this feeling and space are always welcome to connect with me. If you are the type of person who starts dancing as soon as you put on your headphones, then you are my kindred spirit. There is nothing quite like that moment in music when a tune transports you back to a specific place and time.

I do my best to research music and save it on my likes page. So if you are looking for a particular tune or a banger, start there. I can guarantee you will find something you love. I also support DJs because they are the artisans who bring us joy through their craft. If DJs send me new tunes, I always make sure to listen to everything they send. I am not an influencer or one of those bots that seem to be everywhere these days. If I genuinely like what you produce, I will give it a like, repost, and save it for others to discover.
