SupreemTHAWTZ (Preem) debuted his first completed song as a young child. The song titled “The Bubble Rap” was used to smash other playground Mc’s at his elementary school in near downstate New York during recess, bus rides and unsupervised classroom time.  

Years later, Supreem has written countless songs and developed content much deeper than bubbles. His experiences and those of the people closest to him have given this artist a broader understanding of life which he masterfully illustrates through his lyrics. Preem spent most of his life in New York where he says he learned most of what he knows and loves about hip-hop. From NY he moved to Atlanta due to his father’s job relocating. Then moved to the Midwest region where he currently resides near the south side of Chicago.  His regional exposure has given him diversity and a prospective known by few. 

The moniker itself-SupreemTHAWTZ, suggests he is one who posses an elevated mind state; a deep conscious thinker who was drawn to the emceeing aspect of hip-hop due to era in which he grew up in: The Gold Era. Living within the realms of which this art originated. The myriad of such a diverse existence of emcee’s who spoke the most eloquent street poetry to the brashest of clique and borough representers. 

Supreem is diverse within his choice of expression. As you listen to his music, you quickly realize that he brings intricate rhyme patterns riddled with vast vocabulary, honest, raw emotions and power projected by an unmistakable voice that will captivate you upon every initial listening.

As you listen to Preem, you’ll soon realize he brings you the best of “both” worlds. His occasional gutter, high energy delivery will evoke “edge of your set” intensity, while other selections showcase a subdued, introspective vibe that lures you into the mind of a “supreem” thinker. Regardless of how the package is presented, his desire is to express his accountability and his passion for change.
