- From the foundational principles of Ahlul Sunnah is to avoid debating and disputing in matters of religion.  
- Hadith: “Whoever hears of the coming of the Dajjāl (Antichrist), let him stay far away and maintain a distance from the Dajjāl according to his ability.”  
- Ibn Battah (رحمه الله):  “None of you should be deceived by his good opinions of himself.”  
- Shaykh Ahmad an-Najmi’s commentary on the statement of Ibn Battah.
