[...]The party in our apartment was already going on for more than 48 hours, it was the third day, the sun was rising. Sololust treated us with a live performance.  One man, one mic, one machine. During his set, the room became quiet, this performance had something pure, genuine, with high emotional content taken out of real life.[..]  
Sololust moves playful from daily emotions like pain and doubt to love and laugther. Also in style of dance music he offers a wide range, his sets are a hybrid of house, techno, wave, electro, pop and synth electronica. More than a decade ago I met Sololust, during the RadioResistencia shows recordings in Utrecht, Netherlands. The label Enfant-Terrible released his songs in the following years on 7 inches, compilation LP's and on a Gooiland Elektro  EP, which I still love playing today. Bio

Yu Kawabata is a techno based DJ from an ancient city in Japan. She started working in 1998 and has played at many clubs in Western Japan.
Yu Kawabata played in Russia in ARMA and Monasterio (Moscow), and shared the scene with artists as Milton Bradley, Yuka, Shapednoise, Rrose, Nina Kraviz etc.

“It’s with great pride that I present to you the first mix in a two-part mix series to celebrate the release of the new ‘Electric Eclectics’ box set from Fundamental Records. The first mix is comprised of my favorite tracks from each full-length records in the set. The foundations and the aim of this project are exactly the same of the 808 Box, but this time Alek Stark wanted to focus the attention on some of the artists who helped to build and develop the sound of modern Electro music. Consideration was also given the artists of present and the future of our beloved genre, Underground Electro Music.

Electric Eclectics includes 21 high-quality vinyl records, mastered and cut at 45 rpm for the best sound and dynamics. Each of the first 18 records is dedicated to one artist, the other 2 are in advance of the second part of this project next year. This is more than 3 hours. The total length of the 20 records is almost 9 hours of pure Electro music. Alek also always includes an extra record, this time Electro music master Arpanet, who will have a 7" vinyl record within the box set.

This mix is about 80 minutes but the total length of the 20 records is almost 9 hours of pure Electro music. You do not want to miss this extremely limited release.
