The Artaud Beats are Geoff Leigh (flutes, voice,electronics), Yumi Hara (keyboards,voice), John Greaves (bass,voice), and Chris Cutler (drums). Formed in 2009 for an impromptu performance at the annual Avant Garde Festival in Schiphorst (near Hamburg, Germany, hosted by Jean-Herve Peron of krautrock group Faust), these extracts are from their 2nd concert at Bodo, Norway. All tracks are improvised.
