Meet Diego Varela AKA "Necar", a Panamanian musician and record collector who has been digging in the country and beyond for over 20 years. He is also one of a handful of die-hard Panamanian music collectors and can often be heard spinning very rare records produced in the 1960s and 70s in the Isthmus... Wapin' !
