I remember DX cutting a promo on Owen after screwjob and Michaels called him a "final nugget in the toilet" I think.

Nugget was an insult towards Owen Hart left over from heel DX. Once Owen was left as the Sole-Surviving Hart still contracted to the company, he christened himself "The Black Hart" in his attempt to get himself over, birthed out of revenge against DX for the events of One Night Only & the Montreal Screwjob. But, thanks to their backstage stroke, DX basically cut the proverbial legs out from beneath Owen, henceforth relegating him to midcarder-for-life. This is even though Owen was promised initially that he would be pushed as "Canada's Greatest Export", so that he could be in the main event alongside HBK and SCSA, despite prick HBK not wanting to put over Bret's younger brother post-Montreal Screwjob & the Attitude Era kingpin not wanting to work with Owen again after SummerSlam 1997. DX compared Owen repeatedly attacking them as a insignificant tiny turd that wouldn't flush down the toilet, hence the term Nugget.

Nugget comes from HBK in late 97. After the Bret and Co. left, shawn cut a promo calling Owen something like' the little nugget left over from the turd that was the Hart Foundation.'
