PART ONE: Past

- Meditate on your past, reminiscing, such as being with your crushes back in school, or having a great discussion with your teacher, or when your loved ones are still alive and talking. Remembering the past keeps your inspiration alive, telling how far you are now. The rhythm is as solemn, and it intensifies describing your heartfelt memories, very much. 

PART TWO: Present

- Remind yourself that there is still a life ahead of you, the past is now done, let not your past self affect your present, which is now a gift as you are still living. You are placed there for a reason. All your feelings are valid, and you have to live in the present moment you have now, until it becomes the past. You will grow more, change more, and you can face the future,  and rest momentarily. The rhythm and pace gets fast as the present moves fast, and the world moves at an unprecedented pace. 

PART THREE: Future
(04:00--04:57)

- You will be there, your dream spouse, house, business, partner, your dream career, etc. Life is short, you will realize one day that you thought its long. You will have to work more, rest less (restless), you do not have time for your friends, family, or might yourself, and you can adjust that later. Do not be anxious of the future, be prepared for the future, and scared to the present. The rhythm is at its fastest, not describing the end of your life, rather describing more stories and mysteries to be unraveled. 

Many sacrifices and challenges will come, and let us treasure time and life as we still have it.
