India More Beautiful (by John Cook) is based on a dream that became a poem. It then became a composition about 30 years ago and was performed at that time by the Butchers of Distinction (four of the band members were vegetarian!). I love to groove on the double bass and this modal tune is given full flight in this interpretation by the new Dovetail Quartet. This demo track was recorded at J & J Studios, Bristol UK, on 23/09/18 with Nathan Raphael as Sound Engineer.
