We are children of rock. We grew up with Led Zeppelin and the Beatles,  went to school with Rage Against The Machine, made love for the first time to Prince and Pearl Jam and drove our first car with Radiohead ..
Today we headbang on Gojira, find hope with Jack White and Rivals Sons and  cry to Johann Johannsson and Tedeschi Trucks Band.

The Banging Souls is a story of friendship. We met at school, 20 years ago… and we are still laughing and loving each other just like the first day. It won’t change, it’s written in our bones…
We grew up as people and musicians, did our first gigs together, composed our first songs together. This band has always been in our minds and dreams . You have to see us on stage to get it.

We are beer lovers and that has been present since our first rehearsals, first creations and first stages. So, we wanted to pay tribute to our national beverage by including it in our first album. Each track is associated with a beloved Belgian beer that we carefully chose.
Ten tracks, ten local microbreweries, ten craft beers.

The main inspiration of the album is Life…
 ‘with every step you take, you grow’. 
It’s like a Mantra for us. The songs talk about life experiences, trials, love, 
failures, inner peace after inner wars.
