A video remix journey through the history of sampling taking in some of the most noted breaks and riffs of the decades. A chronological journey from the Beatles’ use of the Mellotron in the 60s  to the sample dense hiphop and dance music of the 80s and 90s. Each break is represented by a vibrating vinyl soundwave exploding into various tracks that sampled it, each re-use another chapter in the modern narrative.

Inside the mind of William Cooper are visions that no man should behold. Although the Black Market Militia representative has experienced both the good and the bad, it's the latter that explains why his "conscious is constantly at war with the darkness…" Joined by Army of the Pharoah's, Reef the Lost Cauze, and legendary Onyx frontman, Sticky Fingaz, "True-N-Livin' Nightmares" gives us three tales of terror: Coop with his metaphorical battles with vampires, devils, demons, and zombies; Reef who fights a holy war in the mental; and Sticky's lucid mind trip of police evasion and misogyny. Production is supplied by BP, who crafts an ominous head banger that keeps the track in a constant state of suspense. "True-N-Livin' Nightmares" is the first leak taken from Cooper's sophomore LP, 'God's Will,' which includes guest appearances from Ill Bill, Rah Digga, Sean Price, Killah Priest, and many more. 'God's Will' is set for a May 5th release date, and is now available for pre-order, through Gemstar Regime Records.

Coast To Coast:
I originally made this song to be an interlude for the J5 album after Power In Numbers. Unlike the other interludes, Contact and React, Coast 2 Coast was a journey into the Ethiopian sound. When I took a hiatus from J5, I thought the song would end up on The Audiences Listening. It later got pulled as the sound didn't quite fit the context of the album. I ended up releasing it on a compilation  in 2006 called Sound Of LA.

THE AUDIENCE'S FOLLOWING will be released on July 11th, 2016 on the ten year anniversary of Cut's debut album, THE AUDIENCE'S LISTENING. This follow-up is filled with never before heard music, alternate versions, instrumentals and outtakes from the original 2006 (and earlier)session reels.

The Beatnuts are a New York-based Hip Hop group and production duo from Queens, New York City. @PsychoLes & @JunkyardJuJu . JuJu (born Jerry Tineo on December 4, 1968) is Dominican American from Corona and Psycho Les (born Lester Fernandez on April 10, 1972) is a Colombian American from Jackson Heights. The Beatnuts are the only Latino members of the Native Tongues collective. Although only peripheral members, they are routinely acknowledged by Q-Tip. The Beatnuts were originally a trio before Kool Fashion, now known as Al' Tariq, left the group to start a solo career. The Mighty V.I.C. (Groove Merchantz, Ghetto Pros) was also a member of The Beatnuts' production team for a while.
