This years stream includes musical contributions from artists Lychee, Polygonia, and Kia, as well as a panel conversation on the topic of community and the music industry. An artist that moves through many sounds with no bounds: Nathalie Seres painted the Courtyard in colours of house last May, and in the new Festimi Podcast, she explores light, airy, and entrancing percussive-driven sounds.   

The skilled turntablist smoothly uses these elements to build up the pace of the mix. The moment you think you have a sense of where she might go, a playful twist is thrown in your face and marks the starting point of UKG, UK-bass, and grimy-influenced sounds. Wobbly and swirling tracks follow, and while the tracks might feel heavier, the intensity of the mix breathes light into the body and space into the mind. A beautiful balance between emotive tracks that hit right in the right feels, urges you to zone out, and forces you to dance: an hour-long masterclass of mature, experienced, and playful mixing is what you're up for.

Well I'm back.... and HAPPY HOLIDAYS and welcome back to the show…. Somewhere in_____. The FRESHEST podcast out in these streets... at least I like to think so. Anyway Scene 6 takes us to DETROIT for the 2 Year Anniversary of CRUSH at SPKR BOX. CRUSH is a night created by my good friend and fellow artist Joshua Tree... U know the cat who did the dope remix of my track "Yes the water is..." If u don't know u better check it out and go get it! Joshua invited me to play the night with him and a fellow Detroit native Sloth Boss. I decided to change it up a bit and play HOUSE. I have NOT played house in over 5 years and to make matters worse it was an ALL VINYL SET which I have not touched a record in about 3 years...  YEAH! I didn't know what to play so I just threw some records in the box and hit the road. So prepare yourself for a ride which at the time I had NO CLUE what or where I was headed or what I was doing!!!, There were a few technical glitches and mistakes in this mix but I'm not a ROBOT and I'm not famous enough to play out every week. All I can say... the crowd liked it and I got a few free drinks. :)
