Just for fun: Here's an unprocessed (!) excerpt, recording a sample with the homemade talkbox. We used the Selenium D250X horn driver with the Moog Little Phatty as the source. Powered by an old Philips hifi amp. 

You will notice a couple of things:
1/ Devillé can't play the keys for sh!t.
2/ Devillé had a cold, so on top of the usual throat clearing, you'll hear additional coughing & sniffing and the likes.
3/ The horn driver isn't boxed or insulated, so when we seal the tube (with tongue or finger), you'll still hear the synth sound.
4/ This was done about 7 years ago, one of the first times we hooked up the talkbox.
5/ A sample from this session was used in the track "Listen to the Voice of my Sound".

Rollercoaster

Puncheur started messing around on old laptops, at the dawn of the new millenium. Funky-techno-housy grooves, inspired by our 1980's heroes. Most of this stuff is a couple of years old. The band's name was set to be "MEN" - somewhat reminiscent of 1980's kitsch & manifestation anxiety - but that name didn't prove an interesting brand name online.
