The project The Blissful Plague was born in the summer of 2013 from the ashes of the old group, The Human Eyes.
After several and exhausting line-up changes they find their stability with the entry of Alessandro Maltinti, as the new voice of the group.
Of the original formation Only Filippo Segoni and Matteo Nicoletti remaine, the insertion of Leon Scaramelli in the role of drummer will be crucial for the change of genre to which they aspire.

Currently the line-up , that is still searching for a second guitarist , consists in:

Alessandro "Alino" Maltinti - Voice
Filippo " Pippo" Segoni - Guitars
Matteo “il Nico" Nicoletti - Bass
Leon "Funo" Scaramelli - Drums

Their genre is death metal with Core influences, without denying possible inspiration from other genres.
In January 2014 they released their first self-produced EP by the name of ILLUSION .
In the CD we can find some tracks of the old (FORMATION/LINE-UP) completely revisited like: Illusion and V2.0.
Currently the band is in a promotion fase, looking for dates and for a label to realize their first full-length.
