Song written by MAMA CROW and BAND OF MYSTICS (Travis Porter De Leon, Kevin Njikm, Jared May) (c) 2010

This track was written and recorded in 2010 in San Francisco, CA. Featuring Travis Porter De Leon on drumkit, Kevin Njikm on keys and guitar, Jared May on bass and Mama Crow on lyrics, main vox and harmonies. These musicians played LIVE for about 2 years in and amongst the Bay Area from 2009-2011. Before traveling to Hawaii, Mama Crow got in the studio with the band @ SERA PHI STUDIOS in the Mission to document this musical era.  

The content of this song is a true story of how to overcome hardships from the past and to consciously choose light in every moment. This song acknowledges the shared human truth of adversity yet focuses on overcoming all challenges regardless how dark the shadow to live an awakened life of empowerment. This is an anthem for everyone who embraces transformation on a day to day basis.

Ability to Change (Mama Crow w/ Band of Mystics)

Saritah comes out of Melbourne, Australia with the release Ancient Forward  addressing life on planet earth on a personal and global level.  Bluesy-fresh vocals are woven in reggae, world, roots and soul threads.  Recorded in Brisbane's Tanuki Lounge Studio with Paulie B (bass player for Aussie dub/roots act  The Beautiful Girls)

Here is the new Ayla Nereo remix. I took it the extra length and wrote 2 verses for it. along with live Mrdanga and Harmonium.. and some digital magic here and there.

 I had the pleasure of seeing @ThePolishAmbassador and @Ayla-Nereo perform this live at LIB and Gratifly. This remix and lyrics are an offering of gratitude to all that they do. And to continue to inspire us towards positive creations... Blessings and Love

Ayla Nereo - From The Ground Up (Srikala Remix)

This tune was recorded live at an Off the Grid food truck event in Millbrae in October. 

CelloJoe was experimenting with a new Boss DD-7 Digital Delay pedal. The result inspired a Vince Giraldi style song that feels like falling snowflakes perfect for the winter season.
