Thanks for visiting The Caterpillars' page.  This is one of my personal favorites from childhood and I decided to spunk it up for people of all ages to enjoy.  It's one of the most fun songs to perform on stage, especially when the crowd gets into it and sings along.

Happy July, folks!

While there are many different covers of this beautiful classic originally sung by Judy Garland from The Wizard of Oz (1939), Gary decided to rearrange the song in pursuance of a trippier feel.  This recording marks Stephanie's first foray into serious overdubbing, and towards the end she builds a massive chorus to accompany her lead.

An acoustic duo with a most unique sound - The Caterpillars perform an unusual blend of cover songs that makes people sit up, ears perked with curiosity.  Touching upon familiar tunes from across eight decades, The Caterpillars pull apart the songs’ most interesting elements and put them back together using a combination of close harmonies, an acoustic guitar, and glockenspiel.
