A song about the death of our friend and band mate Mark Jackson. We sadly lost Mark to cancer and this song takes the point of view of someone who loses their soul mate in such tragic circumstances.

Fidget is a song about anxiety and struggles with mental health. It shows those feelings of helplessness that anxiety can cause.

This song was written about the people who jumped from the World Trade Centre twin towers in 2001. I remember teaching a poem about it to pupils and I couldn't get it out of my head - just how bad the hell behind them must have been for them to choose to jump to their deaths. Stuart & I went out with a camera and knocked together a music video in Manchester. It's just everyday people going about their days, heading off to work etc, just as people were back at the time of the tragedy. Workers in the towers never came home though and this song is a reflection on that.
