Long term allies and all hailing from liverpool, The City Walls are centered around the affecting melodic songwriting of singer/guitarist Paul Crowe, flanked by crack rhythm section of Oli Hughes and Etienne Girard and the soaring ethereal soundscapes of guitarist Phil Gofton.

Joining forces almost by accident when kitchen jams proved too fruitful to ignore, explosive early live shows gathered enough momentum for a self funded debut EP to be written, recorded and released in April 2012 to critical acclaim
