THE PODCAST: Humbly and passionately chasing competence. I aim to extract life changing competence from our expert guests’ authentic life stories, experiences, competencies and philosophies in an unscripted and unedited conversation. I tend to overshare my perceptions, theories and mental health techniques in an attempt to openly share my beliefs and thoughts of self, others and the world. I’m working on that. THE BOOK: This is book is for the addict in each of us. Work, food, relationships, social status, and even self-sabotage can be addictions creating symptoms of anger, drug abuse, depression and anxiety. Treat the person, not the symptom. This is the beginning of your mental training.
