Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore VIII, the Leaderless ending, details an ending in which Frisk killed everyone they encountered. They didn't go out of their way to kill everyone, so it was not a full on genocide, but a massacre for sure. Political and civil unrest has torn the Underground asunder, Humans-- and anyone who isn't adamantly opposed to them-- are to be treated as bitter enemies.

The NPC known as the Nacarat Jester takes the role of Sans. Their smile has persevered through thick and thin, and they've taken an adamant stance not to stop smiling, no matter what. Even in the aftermath of Frisk's massacre, they still won't stop smiling, and they live life as though nothing changed. It's...honestly pretty creepy.

Pine, Pine, R.V. We all know him dont we? the happy go lucky deltarune fan creator. However he hides a dark secret. something befell the land of vision crew. The crystal it came. Pine saw it he went near it. He saw into the crystal it changed him. "T-the crystal wh-whats happening to me?" pine said. And thats when pine, grew a spine. His back came out the spine of the friend. The blood started to drip out of his eyes. The Friend inside him. The sans eye started to make its time to shine. The friend inside him. The gaster gashes started to make themselves known. He had a plan. Pine who was once the happy go lucky vision crew creator had changed. Now with his blood thirsty evil green, the sans eye, the blood dripping down his spine, he had a new goal. To retcon 5 childern. First it was Jenny, she didnt stand a chance, pine clawed into her without a second thought devouring her flesh. The friend inside of him. Then next Mark, he took him by the next and straggled his air till he was as blue as bluey. The friend inside of him. Then Freddy, he snapped his skeleton in half, and eat him alive slowly. The friend inside of him. Then was Peter, as he laid on the couch pine snuck up from behind, and he put a bag over his head and held him captive for 7 days. He was subjected to torture until he succumbed to death with hyper realistic blood coming out of all of there body parts. The friend inside of him. Finally he used his sans eye and the friend inside him to kill the last one standing. R.V. George, dead so young at age 10. Pine after his rampage fled the vision lands, he was never found. some say he's still out there, his friend waiting for another meal. Maybe, he'll come for you next.
