The Confessions are an alternative rock band from St. Catharines Ontario. Formed in 2010, the line up has gone through it’s fair share of changes but has finally found it’s way over the past year with the current incarnation. The chemistry of the band is what leads to the creative yet non-predictable writing. Each member is key when it comes to the writing process and with every rehearsal, a new song is born.
Influenced heavily by bands such as Soundgarden, The Cult, Black Sabbath, Smashing Pumpkins and many more is evident in the writing. 

Opening for the likes of Monster Truck, The Pack A.D., Die Mannequin, The Balconies, The Coppertone, Nash, Chris Witoski, Six Side Die, Sixxxer, The Standstills and countless others, this band is no stranger to the stage. The combination of presence, passion and belief in their songs is what makes this band fun to watch. 

Gaining exposure through festivals such as S.C.E.N.E., Toronto venues such as the El Mocambo, Opera House and local venues such as the Mansion House and many others has given them the opportunity to reach out to a new fan base. Trying to make a name for yourself in an area with a ridiculous amount of great bands is tricky but this band is on the radar.

Some say performing is easy. This band believes that if you are not an exhausted, sweaty mess by the time you are off stage, you didn’t do it right.
