Needles and knifes covered in play fake blood play doe house basement door locked with rusted bolted locks to depths unknown in halls never walked or known to earth the cries of a million screams come rushing out at me when time breaks and light stands still in the darkness we pay while the light to you appears we are the children of fractured mirrors with Salvia Spirits

Handed in a waking dream, bleeding ink so deep,

Spilling chaos in my brain, deleting who I was,
Mirror reflective, shattered selves in the buzz.
Who was I supposed to be? Alters whisper low,
I loved me once, but now the fragments show.
Traumacore rip-up, dolls strewn on the floor,
Needles and knives in play-fake blood and more.
Play-Doh house with basement doors locked tight,
Rusted bolts hiding halls in endless night.
Cries of a million screams when time stands still,
In darkness we pay, light's a bitter pill.
Children of fractured mirrors, Salvia spirits call,
DID shards and BPD waves, we rise and fall.
Growing up with it, shadows twist and bend,
Identities splinter, no beginning, no end.
Borders blur in rage, love turns to fear,
Abuse echoes silent, but the pain is clear.
Will I ever be whole, feel alive in the storm?
Smile through the chaos, find a stable form?
Spring to life today, someone I never knew,
Traumacore scorn, but we're breaking through.
Blood runs cold in veins of forgotten youth,
Wish I never aged, never faced the truth.
Even as the alters push to end the fight,
I need your heart to devour the night.
DID veils and BPD fires entwine,
In the mirror's crack, our selves align.
Memories bleed, inks mix in the void's embrace,
Who am I now? In this traumacore space.
Traumacore echoes, toys and selves askew,
Mirrors reflective under a fractured blue.
Will I ever be... alive... smile... spring anew...

So it recently dawned on me that this year marks 10 years since I had my first support gig at Ambar back in 2006 playing before Dopamine – 10 bloody years!!
Since then music has taken me all over Australia and overseas and allowed me to connect with people all over the world that would have never been possible had it not been for our mutual interest in music.
So I think it’s about time I did a mix paying tribute to that awesome time in my life – the gigs/parties/after parties/boat parties and festivals.
Flashing back to 2004 – 2006 I couldn’t get away without paying respect to Kid Kenobi who single handedly got me and most of the people I know into Djing at the time. 
I learnt to mix by listening to his breaks mixes on repeat. 
So this mix is as much a tribute to him as it is to the talented artists included in it.
