Randie Hernandez better known as Absntmnded is a Los Angeles based DJ and Producer. He is also the Founder of the Shifted Radio Podcast Series and his own label Flesh And Hammers, has been active in the Techno scene since 2006. Randie is heavily influenced by Industrial noise, retro synths, and early 90’s style productions. With an Associate’s Degree in Recording Arts & Sciences, which he receive after graduation at the Los Angeles Recording School in Hollywood, CA. In search for more knowledge on the Recording Industry, he discovers his musical passion as a sound engineer. Absntmnded attended his first Techno event “Together as One” in 2008 and shortly after expanded his collection of records and got his hands on some decks at age 14. It was 8 years later he landed his first record deal. After years of putting together his personal recording studio, producing records, and buying various different pieces of equipment, now has landed on labels such as L’Embuscade Records, Scale Trax, Heart’s Whispers, Industrial Violence, and Falsive Records to name a few. Intrigued by analog instruments, and different sound processors, down to the signal flow of how sound is created. Absntmnded made it his goal to expand his network and create his own sound, and is familiar with all the latest versions of Abelton Live, Reason, Pro Tools, and Logic Pro, and Waves lab for mixing & mastering services.

Jorge and Natan have had a life of experiences together and from the very beginning they were passionate about experimentalism in its totality. They entered the underground electronic scene with no introduction and got to know each stage intensely, until they were part of this movement completely.

This project creation is based on a passion coming directly from the dancefloors where they present a performance full of noises, unexpected sounds and obscure structures.

Jorge has eccentric and striking features, from his fixation by distorted and frantic sounds to brutal and violent beats. Natan, on the other hand, is impressed by the unique, by the interruption of very high beats full of strength with deep, immense breaks and dramatic melodies.

Owners of a striking and aggressive look, they let all this visual aggression represent itself in their sounds and transitions.

The combination of these two different (though completely complementary) personalities, results in an intense experience that promises sensations which vary from the highest level of aggressiveness to the total exemption of any noise.

Being part of the scene since its first stages, both of them contribute intensively to the Dark scenario of the southern region of Brazil (Santa Catarina).

In addition to being involved with all the cultural movement above, today they are also founders of fashion brand Tegron Clothing and co-founders of the Phobia Project/Phobia Skin nucleus.

TEGRON is a musical project focused on Techno, Hard, Hardcore and Industrial music, combining these sounds and visual characteristics with its origins based on the experiences of Natan and Jorge, the artists.

EXO.BREED demonstrates artistic depth, especially by selecting tracks from a variety of genres of the last 30 years that you would not expect. A criação deste projeto parte de uma paixão vinda diretamente das pistas, apresentando uma performance repleta de ruídos, sons inesperados e estruturas obscuras.

Jorge possui características excêntricas e marcantes, desde a fixação por sons distorcidos, frenéticos, batidas brutais e violentas. Já Natan possui alta fixação pelo singular, pela interrupção de batidas altíssimas cheias de força com breaks profundos, imensos e com melodias dramáticas.

Donos de um visual marcante e agressivo, repassam de forma direta toda essa agressão visual em suas sonoridades e transições.

A junção dessas duas personalidades tão distintas e ao mesmo tempo tão complementares, resultam em uma experiência intensa que promete sensações que variam do
mais alto patamar da agressividade sonora até a isenção total de qualquer ruído.
