It was a B side of something, I think. A version of 13 Feelings, or sorts and possibly recorded at the same time as the Perhaps Lost Sessions.

Doreen McInnerny, friend of the Tony P Radio Show, auditioned for the role made famous by Liza Minnelli in the film Cabaret. The soundtrack to the audition is all that survives, found in a box of old bras, it has been cleaned up and due to irreparable audio drop outs, a few of Michael York's lines at the end have been performed by Doreen's husband Eddie.  Doreen's Sally Bowles was a very different creature to Liza's and so it is probable the whole film might have had a very different, if not surreal feel to it had Doreen bagged the part.

Many TV programs were wiped, lost forever before the age of VHS and digital uploads. One such program was On The Couch with Doreen McInnerny, a chat show that ran for just one short series in the mid 70s. It was advertised as an entertaining therapy session but due to her reputation as a good time girl, it had an altogether different reputation, one which just wouldn't be tolerated in this day and age. 
Pebble Mill at One was recorded over all exisiting tapes of On The Couch with Doreen, and only this short hissy audio recording with Doreen's interview with David Bowie survives.
