This is my latest track, all constructed and mastered using only the teenage engineering OP-1. another one of those tracks that came about whilst noodling between other tracks that have been waiting to get finished since last summer, and to be honest, i always prefer things that spontaneously come about. This project took about 3 days to do. 2 days of faffing about with the basic idea for a few stolen minutes after work, then one night of solid concentration from 23:00 to 05:30. To me it describes a whole day in a city in the height of summer. Urban grind then chilling under the stars. so enjoy, and as always feel free to comment :D

this track has been a long time coming, and for good reason. I popped my eardrum last summer and consequently couldn't make any music until it had at least mostly repaired. even now im having to do my mastering on a soundsystem due to headphone issues, so the levels might be less than ideal. either way, enjoy and feel free to comment, as always!

RED ALERT!

another TENORI-ON piece i made at the end of 2011, and have only just found the time to do something with. This particular piece was run into the OP-1 to check levels as a 6 minute and 18 second track, but was edited down to the length it is now, and to be honest i think it is better for it as the original was recorded as a complete once through on the TENORI-ON. The name of the track is purely abstract, as i was sleep deprived when i finished the original, but it felt right somehow. But i think the picture and quote capture the feeling , so enjoy :]
