The Dystopian Rhythms is E. Taylor and his collection of broken instruments, all composed, performed, and recorded at Crystal Palace Studios. 

Born in San Francisco and now residing in Boston, Mr. Taylor creates audio collages of lo fi baroque, narcoleptic folk, avant-blues, free jazz, and noise. 

E. Taylor: acoustic, electric and bass guitars, keyboards, flute, clarinet, castanets, ukulele, mandolin, xylophone, kazoo, ocarina, harmonica, casio fingers, phonograph, bottles, coffee mugs, kettle pot, kitchen floor, womb of time, morning glory seeds, blotter paper, dirt, valerian root, and the Altgeld Street Choir.
