The Underachievers are members of the Beast Coast movement that includes buzzing groups like Joey Bada$$ and his Pro Era crew. They are signed to Flying Lotus’ label, Brainfeeder, and their new mixtape called Indigoism marks their first collaboration.

The new wave of New York rap continues to grow and the Underachievers are garnering attention for their underground hits. Ak and Dash have shown their skills in tracks like “Gold Soul Theory, “Herb Shuttles” and “Leopard Shepherd.” Now, with a 17-track tape to introduce them to newer fans, the Underachievers should be on the rise soon.

21 year old Nick Downing (Bake Beats) and 22 year old David Gronski (DEAD GROT) together are The Entreproducers. A co-producing team that was founded in 2012 in Cranston, Rhode Island. Both with heavy influences in music and knowledgeable in the field the two masterminds came together to change the game. Starting off producing in their friends basement with nothing but a dell computer and an i home speaker, they came across Pro Era and The Underachievers on youtube. The rest is pretty much history after that. Known for unique sampling you can see the creativity in songs such as "King Steelo" with the birds sampled or "6th Sense" with the infamous Morgan Freeman opening. Now working with a bunch of artists in the game The Entre's are surely a name to look out for in these upcoming years.
