With the idea of forming a band for many years, C'est Sans Bliss reached out to his musical network to seek interested musicians to form the indie band | THE EXISTence |. With several line-up changes and songwriting challenges, the band finally solidified its membership as a four-piece indie quartet in 2022. 

The indie band is led by C'est Sans Bliss who leads the group as the main songwriter and guitar player. Accompanied by C'est Sans Bliss is Sarah Woodbridge as lead vocalist, Kegan Proulx on bass guitar, and Curtis Stang on drums. The band draws on its influences from the post-punk, new wave, jangle pop and indie rock genres. 

| THE EXISTence | aim is clear - create introspective intelligent music that draws in kindred spirits and warms the hearts and minds of young and old souls.     

The music path for | THE EXISTence | is to refine their catalogue of original songs, play as many live shows as possible, and overtime record and release tracks to complete their full-length LP called Behind Spines and Lifelines.
