Heard It Before

This song has spent a long time on the backburner. I knew I had to get it perfect before putting it out there, and now here it is! I wrote this one during the pandemic, which was a very difficult time for me for many different reasons. I wanted to offer a song of comfort, coming from a perspective of unconditional love, which our world has always significantly lacked. I hope you enjoy listening to it!

Edit night of April 18: When I listen back to this track I am reminded how I designed the under-layer of the song to have a quality similar to a bird flapping its wings. I often hope someone will reach out who wants to animate a music video where the viewer follows on the tail of a bird's flight path.

Dump is the worst person we could possibly have leading our country. He only cares about himself and his billionaire friends. Get organized with your community, reject big business, don't shop at Amazon or any other major store, buy local, go to your farmers' markets, start community gardens, become self-sustaining and reject this fascist authoritarian coup. Rally with Bernie Sanders, he's always been the man we've needed. He knows who the real villains are, and it has nothing to do with DEI or any other scapegoating this braindead pos has done. We are done. We will NOT go back.
