I slowed down the drum patterns I used in my Bloody Nancy Macabre track and threw this together with some tekken 2 Emotionless Passion music notes... Mixed a few drums and got a slight echo with the snare.

Don't get me wrong I liked the music played by Motohiro Kawashima.... but I'm more for Yuzo Kushiro's Original Theme for MR. X.... before he was just a brain in a glass jar controlling robots in the series, accompanied by Dr. Zero as the secondary antagonist of streets of rage 3. Enjoy this Yuzo Kushiro and mission impossible style theme I made for Neo X... and "Do the robot"!

This Track reminds me of when my big brother Beat Streets of rage 3 for the first time.... as axle with only 1 life left and an inch of health... He treated Neo X like he was Goro From Mortal Kambat 1 arcade.... till he finally nailed the sucka!

 From Wikipedia: Dr. Dahm is a mad scientist working for the Syndicate Crime Organization. While in the Japanese version of the game he doesn't have much of a role, only showing up before the final boss and never being mentioned, in the American version his role is greatly expanded, where he is responsible for creating all of the robot clones being used by the Syndicate. In the American ending, it is also revealed he was apprehended by the police and sent to an asylum.
