A 2 hour dark soundscape album recorded by over 20 ambient artists to pay tribute to H.P. Lovecrafts Mythos

Rhan-Tegoth is a fifteen foot tall, medusa-like, insectoid amphibious god-being (Great Old One) of little power but vital to the return of the Old Ones. It lived in the warm seas of Yuggoth before coming to Earth.

Come journey deep into the underground depths, where long forgotten temples guarded by insectoid creatures stand untouched by human curiosity

"They found the box in the basement of the British Museum. Inside it there was a leathery integument, like some muddy garb from pre-history. It was essentially colourless but with an underlying mottled green lustre. Jenkins, the anthropologist, was somewhat mesmerised by it. It was as if he had discovered something of great value, like some antique ceremonial shroud for an ancient bloodletting rite.
Maybe he had.
But Professor McIntyre was more of a mind that its anatomical qualities were of much more interest than its mystical aura. Especially so because there was nothing about the integument that seemed to correspond to the standard taxonomies of animal life."

So is this a compilation?
No, this is a collaboration and huge undertaking. Over 20 artists linked studios and sound for over a year so that they could work with each other. This led to a deep collaborative exploration of the Mythos and Rhan-Tegoth

This dark ambient track has a lot of energy in it. This track represents a imagination trip that a listener takes while listening to it. Just you, and no one else in a city called Pripyat, sitting in a lonely room and watching the sunset over Chernobyl while listening to this track. And you feel yourself frozen by the emotions and time slows down, so you could enjoy the absence of loneliness and yourself and the moment.

Scorpio V is an artistic entity and creative force behind Metatron Omega, Paleowolf, Gaetir the Mountainkeeper, and a few other vessels of sonic landscape. This album is a manifestation of an intimate and personal inner journey, in search for the authentic Self and the Gnosis behind the veil of cosmic matter. Atmospheric monastic, gregorian chants are sung upon meditative and ethereal soundscape, while ritualistic drums pound in the rhythm the Universe's heartbeat. The Saviour god-ship surface-to-air vessel has been encoded with several encrypted editions of the Preservation Directive. The divine loops of the source materials undergo their perpetual gyrations on the reel-to-reel of their venerable sound bursts. The Covenant of Analogues propels its drone-scripts, the hieroglyphs of the perished few, from the proto-dwellers of the Maxime Cataclysmus. They are the principal invocations of the forgotten, the diagnostic prophecies of the regeneration of the civilised world. The proto-dwellers have projected their immaculate permutations of the sacred message through rifts in time. But it cannot exist without being received by a conscious entity. The Saviour is a voice in the darkness that says: "Absorb our codices. We are the remnants of a lost species. Until you receive us, we are nothing."
