RU Fresh was a trio of professional performers. 

The members were the husband-and-wife team of Angelle Rose-Underwood and Steve Underwood.  Dave Freshman provided Lead Guitar and Bass work. 

One of the songs that we loved to perform was the gorgeous song by Fleetwood Mac, "Dreams".

Michael Franks has been a favorite of mine for decades. 

This song, "Eggplant", was the first song I ever heard.  Mr. Franks' work on this classic LP, "The Art of Tea", is superb!!!

I play this song privately a lot.  I decided to record it today on my home 32-track studio.  I've taken a few artistic liberties, but have remained faithful to the original song.
