All we're certain of is the Brooklyn-by-way-of-D.C. producer consistently cranks out some of the most kick-ass, funky, sleazy cuts you'll ever get in your ear. He's released tracks via Nurvous and OTP Party Breaks, an offshoot of On the Prowl, which is run by Marcos Cabral and our very own Jacques Renault.

Volume 1 shot to the top spot of the Juno Download chart and has been heard in such far flung discotheque destinations as Croatia, Ibiza, Leeds, London, Ireland and the motherland of Manchester. Review:

After recent excursions on Funk Fusion and Get Down Edits, Colchester-based rework specialist Shit Hot Soundsystem returns to 80's Child's Masterworks Music. As you might expect, Sexy Dancer largely focuses on heavyweight, seriously compressed cut-ups and re-edits of '80s dancefloor jams. There are a couple of thumping, filter-heavy tweaks of Prince style P-funk jams (see "Aint Nobody" and "Black Coffee"), a dash of slap bass-wielding '80s soul goodness (the excellent "Steady Rocking"), a piano-laden dash of singalong boogie-house ("Charlotte"), and - somewhat bizarrely - a chugging cut-up of Living In A Box's eponymous debut single.

London 2016, the rebirth of underground Soulful Disco keeps unfolding with more power than ever before, and Los Charly's Orchestra stay firm and loyal to their authenticity after almost a decade its beginning.

LCO gets together with old friend, lead singer, vocal arranger Andre Espeut in order to produce their latest Soulful-Disco conveyor which is due to drop on the online shops as well as record stores under the name of "Sunshine" beginning of June.

Following the Earth Wind & Fire vibe from LCO's previous single: "All Around The World" and also paying tribute to Disco/Soul legend: Maurice White who unfortunately joined the list of "departed music legends" quite recently, here it comes this brand new release.

Containing three versions: Vocal, Instrumental, plus a "Deep Disco Rework" locking us into a kinda "Donald Byrd meets The Detroit Experiment / Blaxplotation / Metro Area" fusion, which is even difficult to categorize but quite interesting to listen at!
