Ever After Now is a alt/modern age love song where the guy is the one that gets hurt the most. He wants to take the relationship to the next level, but she's not having it. I don't know if he's a traditionalist who wants to settle down, but he's tired of just being a booty call. As the song goes on, he's getting more and more frustrated until he blows his top, sarcastically asking, "How's the Ever After, now?"
