Remedy Therapy is a song I wrote and composed about the inner struggles that you have with yourself everyday. You look for help towards people but mental health is still not taken up as a serious issue. They just leave you with a "Cheer up" or "It's gonna be alright" talk.

I dedicate this song to everyone fighting those silent battles everyday. The ones you can't tell anybody about. This is dedicated to you sincerely from the heart. I'll never stop speaking for you. I hope this helps a little.
