Based on my experience of leaving Florida to go to California. Then to leave my ex in California, to travel back to Florida; and ultimately London. I wrote it in a surreal vibe. I travelled there alone (3000 miles one way) with the kidz;  from the Florida Gulf of Mexico to the Monterey Peninsula, Northern California, right by the Pacific Ocean In August 04, and left in November of 04 with a retraining order and permission to drive back to FL with the kidz after he also abused my then (just turned) 7 yrs. old son Zephan.

This Ain't Reality

I re-wrote and re-recorded this song in 2009. Though I first drafted new lyrics in 2005 & 2006.
The first time it was released was with a band I had in the late 70's called Fatal Microbes. 
My title then was Violence Grows. 

Violence Grew speaks for itself.
 
I was in FL in 2005 when the news of the bombing in Kings X came on the radio. I thought to myself! 30 yrs ago, as a young kid I saw the future of things to come; if people didn’t start changing their attitudes; and didn’t quit ignoring the signs!

I re-wrote it as I felt it was neccessary to re-visit and update it lyrically, due to the increasing violence of these times.
 
VIOLENCE GREW

Violence Grew

The Bomb I wrote after discovering in April 05 that he had been molesting his own paternal daughters, as well as my son.
He is in the USAF and they are protecting him still.
You wouldn’t believe the time; energy; and work I have put in since then; to try and get justice for my kidz!
The reference to the gun is this. Our last wedding anniversary he bought me a 38 undercover special revolver, I should have shot the fucker then!
The lyric is "The gun that you gave me, my license to kill, To have used it on you would have been such a thrill".
 
He works in what they call the bomb dump-making and inspecting bombs. He had to take a course of Anthrax Shots; no choice! Hence the reference to Anthrax.
Anyhow, it’s all true, though you need a lil background info to understand fully. I have included the lyrics.
0ne more note! He is astrologically a Scorpio, as am I. The reference "Now Disarmed of Your Sting" is to do with that.
I thought that by making this song and getting it released, it would act as a bomb of justice in some way; that if people ask what it’s about; I can tell them the story behind it!
Hence the line "THE BOMB, YEAH THE BOMB, I’M THE BOMB OF JUSTICE" if you have any ??? just ask
