North West London duo Late Replies will join Jamie Jones’ Hottrax with their four-track EP of delicious House grooves across ‘Ratataa’ dropping on 4th April. To kick off Late Replies’ 2025 schedule, ‘Ratataa’ opens with loose percussion and Deep House pads that glide over a low-swinging, underground pulse. Next, ‘Do It Like That’ shifts gears, locking into a driving, sonic rhythm with a rolling bassline that keeps the energy flowing. 

‘Show Love’ shines with funky bass and airy soundscapes, wrapping the track in a warm, feel-good glow, while ‘Took My Love’ closes their ‘Ratataa’ EP with crisp sound textures, sparkling keys and Christy McAllister’s lush vocals, rounding off the release with Late Replies’ flawless production style.

London-bred Antss returns to Jamie Jones’ Hottrax on 18th April with ‘Wait A Minute’ as he doubles down on his high-impact sound. Liverpool-based DJ, producer, and Latido Records boss Basso makes his debut on Spanish underground imprint Aparenzza Music this April with his latest release, the ‘Pretty Boy’ EP. Known for his knack for deep, percussive grooves and infectious vocal cuts, Basso delivers two original productions, with a high-energy remix from fellow Liverpool talent Oncho. 

Title track ‘Pretty Boy’ is a bold, groove-laden roller, fuelled by chunky drums, swinging rhythms, and deep, elongated bass notes. A distinctive hooky rap vocal keeps the momentum tight, injecting attitude and club energy into the mix. 

Oncho steps in for a punchy, uptempo rework, pushing the original into rolling, percussive territory with atmospheric builds and fluid transitions, keeping the floor locked in from start to finish. 

Basso rounds off the EP with ‘I Don’t Care’, a moody, character-driven cut built around a soulful vocal hook and textured, stripped-back grooves. Subtle yet commanding, it’s a testament to his ability to craft dancefloor weapons with a unique, expressive edge. 

Set for release on Aparenzza Music in April 2025, the ‘Pretty Boy’ EP marks another milestone for Basso as he continues to make waves in the underground scene.
