In Like Flynn

The Indulgers came about a few years after
Damien McCarron had arrived in Colorado
from Dublin, Ireland. While recording a solo
project at Alley Studios in Wheat Ridge, 
Damien met Mike Nile for the first time.
Their songwriter partnership led to the
formation of The Indulgers and the first
gigs in early 1998.
By 1999 the band had completed the
debut CD "In Like Flynn" and signed 
up for regular jaunts to Las Vegas,
Nevada and to be the resident band
at Fado, Denver.

A second CD "Tan & Black" followed in
2001 and the band began playing at
Conor O'Neill's, in Boulder as it's 
home club, a tradition that stays as 
strong as ever in 2011.

A 'Covers" CD was released in 2002. 
"Celtic Tiger" followed by new original
material "High Road To Heaven" in 2004
and "Chase The Ghost" in 2006.
The band began to play widely around
Colorado and was invited to major
festivals in many places across
America including, the Kansas City
Irish Festival, San Francisco Oyster
Festival and Irish Fest in Albany, NY.
An energy filled show the Indulgers
play house concerts to Red Rocks
Amphitheatre, just about anywhere
fans of Celtic rock and great music
moments can gather.

In 2007 The Indulgers toured Ireland 
for the first time, bringing a huge number
of family and friends across the water
to play at "Irish Traditional Music Week" 
in Ennis, Co. Clare., jamming
with Irish guitar legend Johnny Fean of
Horslips and introducing the western
Celtic rock sounds to audiences in Dublin,
Kilkenny, Galway and Clare.

The Indulgers have recived many
awards from Just Plain Folks including
CD Celtic of the Year (In Like Flynn)
and on three occasions Westword's
"World Music Award" in Colorado.

The sixth Indulgers CD "Out In The West"
has received rave reviews with material
to be featured in Irish TV rockumentary
in March/April 2011

The band is currently recording it's 
seventh CD "Whiskey Tonight" for a
Summer/Autumn 2011 release.
