Sounds Like Saturday Night is a BBC Radio Lancashire program that is aired every Saturday night from 8pm until 10pm and hosted by Sale Sharks head of Media & Marketing Dave Swanton. Dave has been playing the Kasuals old version of Jesamine on his radio show since December 2011 and since then it has been received with a positive response.

The Kasuals are a 4 piece eclectic 1960’s inspired band consisting of Alex, Colin, Lee and Kevin. Our band’s collective musical influence and depth is steeped in the 1960’s and includes ex members of high profile 1960’s bands. Following on from extensive rehearsals in 2012 we are ready to entertain young & old alike with our personable blend of on-stage humour and classic 60’s songs.

Predominantly we cover classics by The Fourmost, The Searchers, The Troggs, The Kinks, Cliff Richard & The Shadows, Billy J Kramer & The Dakotas, The Merseybeats, Roy Orbison, Dave Clark Five and The Beatles amongst many.
Our extensive musical anthology ensures we can perform covers from the 1970’s and 1980’s to enable us to have a wider appeal and remain timeless.
