Fatal Disease

This Extended Play, produced in Portland, Oregon, captures the collaboration of musicians Manning Rothrock and Joel Cowen from January to August of 2015.  Joel and Manning met at Willamette University in the Fall of 2009 and have each had a passion for music since they were young.  Also, Joel and Manning were in a band (Roman Tick) from Salem, Oregon prior to forming The Labor Department.  

Not too long after completing the final recording in the music studio, Manning Rothrock moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue country music as well as to get reacquainted with the east coast.  Joel Cowen returned to San Diego, CA, his hometown, after the final recording of this EP.  Joel and Manning are still pursuing music with great passion on their individual paths and keep in contact as great friends.
