'Formed back in the later days of 2011, The Lay-Lows are a 4-piece indie rock outfit from Cardiff, South Wales. The group is comprised of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Ashley Harding, lead guitarist Tom Sinclair, younger brother Daniel Sinclair on bass, and drummer Dafydd Davies. Together, the quartet have gigged extensively across the UK, opening for acts such as Feeder and Dog is Dead, all the while working hard to define their own highly original sound.

With 3 well received E.P releases under their belt (free to download and listen to on www.soundcloud.com/the-lay-lows ), The Lay-Lows' guitar driven take on indie rock has been compared to both the classic and the contemporary, being said to have combined " the grizzled anthemics of Kings of Leon, the pop aesthetics of The Police and even the melodic virtuosity of Thin Lizzy" 

Dismissing the trend for excessive synth sounds and keys, The Lay-Lows are everything that was once great about indie rock n' roll. Big guitars, big drums, and even bigger songs.'
