On the eve of my 29th birthday, I recorded this first episode of 'The Lindsey India Purpose.' After prioritizing my mental health for over a year, I'm ready to use my voice to help others stuggling and those who don't understand their demons. 

This episode comes in two sections, with the first tackling my year of growth after prioritizing my mental health for an entire year, while the other dives into finding a therapist and the process of sticking to it.

The Year of Growth
