The words are self explaining I think. It's about someone ending a relationship and moving on. In my case it was based on my relationship to my parents ...

When remaking the song, I made a draft on my iPad in Paris, January 2014. The vocals are actually an iPad recording at my friends Student Flat in Paris. The backings then were recorded by Werner M., Lier BE August 2014 at ... his living room. It does give the song 'an international' touch ;)

Run Away

A rather 'dark' track with an apocalyptic driving bassline. First time i used my hardware synths again. Some recorded live, not sequenced.
I had been working on this song for a while. It was only during 'mixdown in lockdown', that I realized how the song fits the era we are going through. An unfortunate coincidence. This song is not your average verse/chorus song. A rather unusual songstructure fits the soryline much better. Can you see the light ?
