TAMAT is Leno REI electronic music exploration into a darker approach to dance music. Malam Di Timur Jakarta is his personal story dealing with bust and hustle in his old neighborhood back in the '90s. 90's in Jakarta was known for the drug epidemic among the youth. The excitement to live dangerously was part of our everyday dynamic as high schoolers. All you can do is go up. 

TAMAT adalah eksplorasi musik elektronik Leno REI ke dalam pendekatan yang lebih gelap untuk musik dansa. Malam Di Timur Jakarta adalah kisah pribadinya berurusan dengan hiruk pikuk di lingkungan lamanya di tahun 90-an. Tahun 90-an di Jakarta dikenal dengan maraknya wabah narkoba di kalangan anak muda. Kegembiraan untuk hidup berbahaya adalah bagian dari dinamika kita sehari-hari sebagai siswa sekolah menengah atas. Yang bisa Anda lakukan hanyalah naik.

Everyday Rhythm adalah cerita tentang apa yang terjadi di bawah permukaan. Terlepas dari rutinitas sehari-hari hidup di kota, hidup ini penuh dengan dinamika dan perubahan. Tidak ada yang sama dalam hidup. Semuanya memiliki titik awal dan titik akhir. Ini tentang bagaimana Anda memilih untuk memainkan ritme kehidupan.

Evening Mood is one of the oldest @reimusic tracks that came out only on cassette and cd from Pepaya Records first compilation DENTUM DANSA BAWAH TANAH back in 2016. The track was well received in dance music community and now it's finally available on every major DSP and our Soundcloud.

The reason why Leno splits himself into two is to create space and moment to explore his creativity without overlapping/overpowering each other. Sometimes you can't just connect two things into one. However, the things that connect Leno REI and Mr. Ebony Sweet in their creation are the heavy drums, jazzy groove, and soulful vibe.
