A compilation of some of the pieces that the Marlett Quintet performed as part of Blank Verse's Winter Warmer concert. This includes the first and third movement of the Three Shanties by Malcolm Arnold, the first movement of L'heure du berger by Jean Françaix, and Three Dances by Denes Agay.

The Marlett Quintet's performance in a lunchtime concert on March 13th of Danzi's wind quintet in D minor, Op. 68, No 3: I. Andante Sostenuto - Allegretto.

The players are Jack Orton (flute), Claire Billingham (oboe), Catherine Mainwaring (horn), Caroline Hudson (bassoon), and Alice Braithwaite (clarinet).

The Marlett Quintet is a wind ensemble founded in 2013 by music students at Cardiff University, who perform regular concerts at the university concert hall, as well as the occasional performance at Wales Millennium Centre.
