GRAMMY-winning producer and one third of electronic trio NERO, Joseph Ray, announces thrilling new single ‘Cos of You’.

Joseph Ray’s ‘Cos of You’ showcases his production prowess, featuring swelling leads and rolling deep percussion. The artwork for the single borrows from the iconic 90s UK nightlife photography of Dave Swindells and hints at the influence behind Joseph Ray’s signature sound; the pulsating energy of UK house and jungle.  The track was road-tested by Joseph Ray to a heaving crowd at Anjunadeep’s sold out label takeover of iconic venue Printworks London.

This latest release comes off the back of two well-received 2022 singles released via Anjunadeep, ‘Changing Lanes’ and ‘Inhibitions’, that have amassed over 850k streams across DSP’s and garnered support from the likes of Gorgon City, Tinlicker and Qrion. This is in addition to Joseph’s 2021 collaborative album ‘Leave the Bones’, written and recorded with Haitian band Lakou Mizik and celebrated by the likes of NPR, Pitchfork, BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Worldwide FM, Billboard, and The Times. ‘Cos of You’ is out March 3 via Anjunadeep.

My great passion is dancing. I started mixing during the pandemic in June 21 and now I play for many radio stations, including Radio Kosmos Berlin, Techneck Techno & Tech House, Profound Radio UK and 365 FM Radio. Guest mix on NDC Radio UK. I love house music in all its genres and of course techno. I express my love of music in my sets, which are always very impulsive and full of energy. The groove just has to be right. I produced my first song with a good friend Hardvalley in 2025. I have my own club series on Sundays in a cultural association here in my city Waldmeister e.V. The Mekanism is a Parisian producer with serious House roots. Releasing on labels such as Moan Recordings, hedZup Records, Whippin’ Records, and 20/20 Vision not to mention countless remixes, has lead him to take his sound all over the globe and establish himself as a resident at legendary parties in Ibiza. 
His lauded release on Seth Troxler’s Play It Say It 'Acid Love' in the summer of 2015 started a love affair with the label that culminated in the release of his debut mini LP ‘Breath’ in 2017. 

Entertaining fans is something that comes completely naturally and he’s performed at some of electronic music’s iconic arenas and playgrounds, such as BPM Festival, Ushuaia Ibiza, Rex Club Paris, Burning Man, or Hï Ibiza. A highly lauded producer, especially by his peers, he has had an incredibly productive last 12 months with releases on Too Many Rules, Moan Recordings, Robsoul Recordings and Jonk Records to name just a few. 

An excellent artist with even more still left to come there is no doubt.
