The Merry Gang are a London-based melodic indie/punk band named after the 1665 collection of wits famous for lewd debauchery, heavy drinking and philosophical discourse.

The band is composed of brothers Gareth Hudson (Lead Vocals) and Warren Talbert (Bass) and their long-time friend Harry Hibbert (Rhythm Guitar and Vocals), later finding Greg Jones (Lead Guitar) and Ryan Goodall (Drums) to complete the lineup.

The Merry Gang have a raw, untamed sound both live and on record, and don't rely on effects and overproduction to form it. With their ever growing following and high ambitions, they aim to bring back the camaraderie and bravado not seen since the likes of The Specials and Madness with fully committed live performances and uncaged energy.
