exaggerated. The idea of being superior to another or the idea of not being

MIKE ANDERSON & THE MEAN MACHINE - ACT # 1

Mike and Rob is a group which is formed by two well seasoned artists. Years of hard work, studying and listening of music, has brought them to have an untold array of  combinations, with regards to the types and styles of music which they can fuse.

The Musical skills of Roberto have blended his immense knowledge of music. using quite unconventional methods and sounds to fuse together creating, a new modern day look on and in all styles of electronic music stemming from African beats  and black music all the way to contemporary electro/house. The motivation stems from the vocals and lyrics written and recorded by Mike which tell the stories of life as it is!! Through eyes of his own which have indeed felt and seen emotions of which he has been able to transform into words. These words accompanied by Roberto’s interpretation  given in his music. Can be understood and immediately go from your mind and arrive to the most important and less scene part of the body “Your Soul”.

Roberto has had an influence for over 20 years in his city of Bologna Italy. Where he has gone through stages such as Punk , Rock, Ska, Electro, House. He has had many releases on different labels, with many artists, such as Big Mojo, Prolurv Charm, Uzless N, TwoBob, Nistrum, Sasha Von Dalwig-Nolda aka Electronic Beach,  Pirate Lady, Dj Aurebach, If your name is not mentioned, there is no disrespect on the part of Roberto. God bless all those he works with and has worked with. 
His talent also took him to work in Spain as a DJ. He played many nights promoting his own music and style. Which if heard once is so diverse that the next time it is heard from afar. It is totally recognisable. He has founded also his own record labels which have given way to many up and coming producers and artists. Always bringing forth innovative, fresh and unique ideas. Which have led to his philosophy which is JAMBALAY. 

Mike has been in the music business since he was nine years old. He grow up with his Jamaican heritage of reggae, Caribbean music and sound systems. Whilst living in England being subject to all types of black music soul, Mowtown, Jazz. He was also influenced by the gospel church. In which he sang and preformed the drums. Also one of his main influences while growing up came from the top ten charts, with regards to pop and indie. This helped him to appreciate all types of sounds, as well as at the same time  keeping the bases of music from his origin.  
Growing up as a Dj and an Mc in rave, jungle and Garage scenes. He later moved into House and electronic music. He has played in many venues in England and Italy. Now to Date he has worked as a Vocalist with many producers. Such as; Orlando Voorn, The Dark Poets, Letkolben, Big Mojo, I-Robots. Desiree Paris. Now his main goal is to give feelings and emotions to people of  all kinds through his words, or through his selection on the wheels of steel!!!!!


M&R together would like to give emotions and to spread meanings of intelligence to all warps of life. Not holding back in any way with their creativity, which they have gained through there vast knowledge. In the future you the listener can be sure of an exciting journey through many styles and be transported into realistic realms with there music.
